Double Jog Strollers
Baby Jog Strollers January 18th, 2009Modern parents are generally much more active and busy than their own parents were. When blessed with their own children, what they do not want to be is tied down.
They seem to be always on the go and this is where a good stroller is a necessity. Parents with two children certainly need to have the best double stroller around and there are many points to consider when buying.
There are three types of double stroller to opt for:
- Side by side
- Tandem
- Sit and Stand
All of them have advantages and disadvantages over each other but one thing they all
should be is a lightweight double stroller. Ensure the stroller is easy to fold as being a lot bigger than the single stroller this is often overlooked. A double jogging stroller should have much larger wheels than an ordinary double stroller. They should be at least 16 inches in diameter and have just three wheels. These also have much larger storage space underneath and at the back for diapers and other baby equipment.
There are many great designs and models on the market these days of which the Kool Stride, Schwinn and MacLaren are all excellent. Do not be tempted to go for a cheap stroller as there can be nothing more important than the safety of your children. At least make sure the strollers have a 5-point harness otherwise you can be risking too much.
